Refund Policy
At Trip 2 Destination, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for refunds on our tours and retreats.
Please review it carefully before booking. By completing a booking with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
General Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address] or through our contact form.
The date we receive your written request will be the official cancellation date.
Refunds are processed based on the date the cancellation request is received and the terms specific to your booking.
Please note that certain costs, such as non-refundable deposits or third-party fees, may be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation by the Customer
For Tours & Day Trips
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party fees.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
For Multi-Day Tours & Retreats
- More than 90 days before the start date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
- 60–90 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 60 days before the start date: No refund.
Note on Deposits: Some tours and retreats require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. These deposits are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Trip 2 Destination
In the rare event that Trip 2 Destination must cancel a tour or retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If we cancel a trip for any reason (excluding events beyond our control, see Force Majeure),
you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made to us, including any deposits.
Force Majeure
Trip 2 Destination is not liable for refunds or compensation in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, or pandemics
that prevent the tour or retreat from taking place. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or
offer a credit for future travel, but a refund is not guaranteed.
Booking & Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date
specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refund
issued for the deposit.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original
payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account,
depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
