- Complete payment should be made at least 30 days before arrival date

50% forfeiture if cancelled 15–20 days before arrival; 100% if within 15 days. For peak period (Dec 23–Jan 3), 50% forfeited if cancelled 30–45 days prior, full amount if less than 30 days.
